Executive Director: Ashely Bayliss-White

Ashley is a seasoned foster parent and kinship mom. She is excellent at connecting with caregivers, encouraging them to advocate for their and their children’s needs. Ashley has a huge heart for the work that Foster Champs does supporting the whole family. She’s got the big ideas and knows the people to help turn dreams into reality. In her spare time Ashley enjoys spending time with her children and husband and enjoys time at the beach.

President & Intake Coordinator: Anjulina Larsen

Anjulina is a loving and caring person whose passion for helping others is evident from the moment you meet her. As the President of Foster Champs of Washington and our Intake Coordinator, Anjulina is often the very first person new foster families meet.

She plays a vital role in helping families feel supported, encouraged, and connected as they begin their journey.

In addition to her work with Foster Champs, Anjulina is a business owner and the proud owner of Chicks & Roses. When she is not serving families or running her business, she enjoys spending time outdoors.

Her favorite pastimes include disc golfing, fishing, and visiting the ocean, where she finds peace and renewal.

Anjulina's heart for people, dedication to service, and commitment to strengthening the foster care community make her an invaluable leader and friend.

Vice President: Maggie Baldridge

Maggie is a tactful and organized leader in the community. She is the non-profit director of Elijah’s Hope, a clean and sober living facility serving South King County. She brings a lot of knowledge about running a non-profit successfully and has a wealth of experience in grant writing and fundraising. She is also a doting Memaw to her grandchildren and a caring and supportive friend.

Treasurer: Geannie Meckler

Geannie s a successful businesswoman and owner-operator of A Consistent Cleaning Experience. She served as the treasurer of the Emerald Hills PTA between 2012 - 2014, turning a a PTO into a successful, thriving, award-winning PTA. She will help guide Foster Champs as it grows with the same love and passion she shared for the PTA. She has been a kinship mom and has experience supporting foster youth as a visitation specialist.

Secretary & Volunteer Coordinator: Veronica Fry

Veronica is a dedicated administrative leader who brings years of experience in nonprofit management and administrative operations. With a strong background in organizational leadership, she has helped numerous programs and organizations thrive through effective planning, coordination, and service-focused leadership.

Veronica is passionate about helping and serving others. Her personal experiences as a teen mom, biological mom, and kinship mom give her a unique perspective and deep understanding of the challenges and joys families can face. These experiences fuel her commitment to supporting and encouraging others in their journeys.

Outside of Foster Champs of Washington, Veronica serves as the leader of a 4-H Shooting Sports Club and is an active committee member for her sons' Trail Life Troop. She is also the proud owner of Foundation Archery, where she combines her passion for archery with teaching and community involvement.

Veronica enjoys spending time with her husband and children, being outdoors, whether she is practicing archery, paddle boarding, exploring nature, or escaping to the woods or the ocean to recharge and make lasting memories with her family.

Veronica's heart for service, leadership experience, and dedication to strengthening families make her an invaluable part of the Foster Champs team and the communities she serves.

Member at Large: Heather Scheeter

This mountain mover has been active with Foster Champs for over a year and has served on many committees. Heather is a headstrong business owner of Green Dog Grooming in Kent. She has a unique way of connecting with teens and young adults, she brings many ideas, resources, and connections to our families and programs. Heather is a dedicated foster mother providing a home to displaced teens in our local community.
